Leadership Medina County (LMC) was established nearly 30 years ago. Over these 30 years, LMC has taken a leadership role in educating, connecting, and involving our community leaders. The staff and Board of Directors are committed to continuing to fulfill the goals and objectives LMC established decades ago.  In today’s world, achieving those goals and objectives often requires us to find opportunities to work in new ways. LMC is ready to take on the challenge of educating new classes this fall in person, and/or online. Now, more than ever, Medina County needs a network of leaders. The Signature Class of 2021, beginning in September, will be made up of strategic thinkers who are leading their organizations and our community through a once-in-a-century crisis. This may be the most impactful year in our 30 year history to participate in Leadership Medina County.
