Leadership Medina County Welcomes Jennifer Bilek as Executive Director and Gabby Pagura as Administrative Coordinator

Leadership Medina County (LMC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Bilek as the new Executive Director and Gabby Pagura as the Administrative Coordinator. These strategic hires reflect the organization’s commitment to advancing leadership development in the community. 

 

Jennifer Bilek brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her new role as Executive Director, contributing a robust background in human resources and process improvement to the organization. As a proud graduate of the LMC 2020 Signature Class and an active alumna, Bilek’s journey includes a successful term as LMC’s Interim Executive Director. During this period, she skillfully guided our organization through a crucial transition, showcasing her exceptional leadership abilities, which have been instrumental in fostering LMC’s continued growth and success. 

 

Prior to her role as LMC’s Interim Executive Director, Bilek honed her skills through diverse experiences at renowned organizations such as Texas Instruments, JC Penney, the ALICE Training Institute, and Clampco Products. Her professional journey also encompasses contributions to the field of education, including serving as a Middle and Elementary School educator in South Carolina and in Higher Education at Baldwin Wallace University and Malone University, where she ascended to the role of Vice President of Human Resources and Community. Bilek’s pursuit of excellence extends to her academic achievements, culminating in attaining a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership. This unique blend of practical experience and academic rigor positions Jennifer Bilek as a dynamic leader, poised to guide Leadership Medina County toward new heights in leadership development and community impact.

In addition to the new Executive Director, LMC is also excited to welcome Gabby Pagura as the new Administrative Coordinator. Pagura, a LEAD Institute graduate and former Interim Administrative Coordinator, has proven her commitment to the nonprofit’s mission. Her organizational skills and dedication will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Leadership Medina County.
