Former LMC Trustee

Pat Brannigan, long time LMC Trustee, passed away Oct. 13 at the age of 98. Our condolences go out to his family and friends.

Denise “Nisi” Pozderac, Transitional Living Centers, became a grandmother again on July 27, 2018 with a beautiful little girl…Olive Zell Pozderac.

Bethany Dentler, Medina County Economic Develop. Corp., was recognized by the Ohio Economic Development Association for her efforts in workforce at their annual summit.

’11 The Emerald Class

Kathy Breitenbucher, Medina County Economic Develop. Corp., was recognized by the Ohio Economic Development Association for her efforts in workforce at their annual summit.

’14 The Class On Fire

Leslie Miller, Village of Seville, has been appointed to the Medina County Planning Commission.

’15 The Bridge Builders Class

Kimberly Marshall, City of Medina, was appointed to the Ohio Public Works Commission.

’16 Silver Jubilee

Dallis Conrad, Owens Corning, was promoted to Regional EHS Manager where he now oversees the environmental, health and safety in 5 production facilities including ones in Medina, Illinois, Indiana and New Jersey.

’18 Self Driven Class

Ann E. Salek, Critchfield, Critchfield & Johnston, Ltd., just obtained her certification as a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) through the National Elder Law Foundation and the Ohio State Bar Association.

Derek Pratt, 4Ward With Purpose Inc., provided a session called “Using Tools of Conflict Resolution to Prevent Homelessness and Stabilize Housing” at The Institute For Poverty And Urban Education at Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C) will be holding its second Annual Conference on November 2, 2018. He also received a full sponsorship to attend the 2018 Ohio Housing Conference in Columbus, OH, November 5-8 as an Exhibitor sharing innovative housing solutions to end homelessness to over 1,700 Housing Professionals from across the state.


Jessica Hazeltine, Recovery Center of Medina County, has been appointed to serve in the volunteer role of County Coordinator for OhioCAN (Change Addiction Now). OhioCAN is a non-profit dedicated to leading the path to innovative harm reduction and evidence based practices for all persons living with the effects of substance abuse.

Eric Dougherty, Westfield Bank, and his wife welcomed their first baby a girl named Abigail Julie Dougherty, weighing: 8lbs 5oz and 20 in long on October


Michael Sweigert, Top Flite Financial, and his wife welcome their first baby a boy named Cooper Wayne Sweigert weighing: 8lbs 6 ounces and 20.5 inches long on October 26, 2018 his actual due date.
