’01 The Synergetic
Cindy Mahl, Westfield Bank, was promoted to Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer at Westfield Bank effective May 1.
’05 The Ultimate
Brian Williams, Buckeye Local Schools, the Buckeye Local Schools recently received “The Momentum Award” from The State of Ohio Board of Education. The Momentum Award is given to Ohio school districts who received all A’s in the achievement area of the most recent report card issued by The State of Ohio. Only 54 school districts in the state of Ohio received this award. The Buckeye Local Schools are very proud of all their staff and students and wish to thank the community of Buckeye for all their support of our school district.
’07 The Inspired
Roger Wright, Four Cities Compact, will be the new Director of the Four Cities Compact -which is the organization that oversees all the Career Technical Education programs at Wadsworth- Copley Norton and Barberton. He will begin the new role on August 1st and is looking forward to the new challenge. This past year he work in the compact office as Education Coordinator.
’09 A Class Act
Sharon Holmes, Medina County Job and Family Services, was recently appointed to the board of United Way-Medina County.
’12 The Rain/Shine Class
James Holmes, Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, received his Masters of Public Administration with a concentration in Health Care Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Matt Wiederhold, resigned as executive director of Main Street Medina to take the position of Director of Development for The Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio.
’15 The Bridge Builders Class
Tami Glover, Medicare Advisors of Ohio / Financial Consultants of Ohio, has been selected to serve on the Board of Directors for Alternative Paths.
Vicky Nann, Hay Mountain Marketing, LLC, was recently elected to the Toastmasters International District 10 [Northeastern Ohio] Club Growth Director role for the 2016-2017 year. Her term will begin July 1. The Club Growth Director is one of the top three District-level leadership positions. Toastmasters International is a worldwide nonprofit educational organization that empowers individuals to become more effective communicators and leaders. The organization’s membership exceeds 332,000 in more than 15,400 clubs in 135 countries, including about 2,000 members in District 10.

Mark Priebe, Proximity Marketing, has joined the board at United Way of Medina County.
’15 Emerging Leader
Bethany Steele, Sandridge Food Corporation, received a promotion to a New Product Development (NPD) Commercialization.
