Lucy Sondles, has joined the Medina County Career Center as an adult education instructor to develop and present custom designed sessions (such as soft skills) to employees of businesses & manufacturing companies in the area.

Dan Hostetler, Medina County Convention & Visitors Bureau, in January he became the 2017 President of Adventures in Northeast Ohio, a Regional Tourism Association. In February he became President of the Medina County Arts Council for 2017.

Mark Dzurec, EDSI-OhioMeansJobs Medina County, is proud to announce that currently through OhioMeansJobs Medina County employers may be eligible to receive on-the-job training dollars now until June 30th to train new hires in a number of in-demand fields. The fields must be in-demand and based on the size of the company may be eligible for up to 50% wage reimbursement of the new hires wages during a prescribed training period.
