The Medina County Board of Commissioners appointed Colleen Rice ‘08 to the County Home Advisory Council. Her term begins August 19, 2021 and runs through August 19, 2024.

 

Colleen Swedyk ‘08, Medina County Commissioners, has been named to the Valor Court Steering Committee for the City of Medina.

Steve Moore ’09 has accepted a new position as assistant superintendent of Wadsworth Schools.

Kathy Breitenbucher ‘11 has been named to the Valor Court Steering Committee for the City of Medina.

 

 ’12 The Rain/Shine Class

Terri Greene ‘12, Leadership Medina County, has been named to the Valor Court Steering Committee for the City of Medina.

 

’15 The Bridge Builders Class

Sheriff Terry Grice ‘15: The Medina County Sheriff’s Office was recognized as the CIT (Crisis Intervention Team) agency of year for 2021 by by Alternative Paths, Inc. and the ADAMH Board. The honor was bestowed due to working hand and hand with Alternative Paths to provide mental health assistance to residents in need.

 

 ’16 Silver Jubilee

Tob Coss ‘16 started a new position as Vice President Operations at Skylift Inc.

 

‘19 The Difference Makers

 

Captain Kristopher Conwill ’19 was honored by Alternative Paths, Inc. and the ADAMH Board for his quick, thorough and compassionate response to call for service in March. The call was in regards to a female who was in distress and threatening suicide. Through his valiant efforts the female received the help she needed.

 

Jessica Hazeltine ’19 was appointed to the board of Faith in Action.

Tracey Ruffin ’20 was appointed to the Medina County Habitat For Humanity Board in June 2021.

Tiffany Cherry EL’18 has been promoted to Westfield Bank’s Treasury Management team as a Treasury Management Specialist.
