As the weather gets cold, dreary and snowy, lift your mood by viewing one of MCDL’s many art shows.  The most popular show annually, the Aquarius  Exhibition, is the highlight of the season! Also enjoy Art in Action, a demonstration by local artists.

Nov. 8 – Dec. 5 – Cuyahoga Valley Area Plein Air Painters show their spontaneous plein air studies along side their more polished studio paintings.

Lessons in Colored Pencil

Dec. 13 – Jan. 9 – Enjoy the personal styles and techniques of local colored pencil artists, students of Medina artist Jeanne Carr.


18th Annual Aquarius Exhibition

The Christmas Star

Dec. 13-19 – St. Ambrose students demonstrate knowledge of visual techniques and processes by utilizing different art mediums. Each student is inspired by their Catholic Faith and their artwork illuminates this visually.
