Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY FOR EVENT REGISTRATIONS

Once paid, registration fees for the Leadership Medina County (LMC) events are non-refundable.  Transfer of LMC event tickets to another person is permitted.

LMC reserves the right to change any and all instructors or locations for LMC events without notice.

EVENT CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT POLICY

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone LMC event(s). If we cancel or postpone an event, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled or postponed event. If LMC opts not to reschedule the cancelled event, the registrant will be offered a refund. If this occurs, LMC’s responsibility is limited to a refund of any registration fee(s) already paid. Please allow thirty (30) days for us to process any refunds or credit changes.

REFUND POLICY FOR PROGRAMS

(Signature, LEAD Institute, Junior Leadership, and Custom Leadership Training)
Once paid, registration fees for LMC Programs are non-refundable.  A one-year extension for a LMC Program is available so long as the registrant provides us with at least thirty (30) days written or electronic (emailed) notice before the opening retreat of the desire for a one-year extension. An administrative fee of $50 will apply in the event a registrant is granted a one-year extension for a LMC Program as permitted above. Sale or transfer of an LMC Program to another person is not permitted.

LMC program dates and locations are subject to change without prior notice. LMC reserves the right to change any and all instructors for LMC programs without notice.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY FOR PRODUCT AND MERCHANDISE

All sales are final.
