Leadership Medina County’s LEAD (Leadership Exploration And Development) Institute for Organizations is designed for those looking for professional development training and to further develop their leadership skills. The Group Training program is for organizations that want to train multiple employees. Our team will meet with organizations and build a program that suits the needs of your group. Programming can include leadership development topics from our LEAD Institute and/or civic engagement content from our Signature leadership program curriculums. Programs are available on-site or off-site and training dates are flexible. Group Training programs can be customized and built to meet the needs of the organization. Organizations located in Medina County looking to develop groups and/or teams of individuals on their leadership skills.
LMC staff and the organization build the training program to meet the needs of the team and the organization. Each program is completely customizable and flexible in size, duration, content, and offerings.
Cost is determined by the workshops and training selected by the employer and once determined, LMC will provide the organization with a proposal for training.
To get the most out of the training, we recommend a minimum of 10 people in our Group Training.
