We’ve all heard, “Don’t judge a book by its cover.”  What if we applied that to people?  Check out a “living book” for a 20-minute, one-on-one conversation. Each “living book” volunteer has faced prejudice or challenges in their life. Ask questions and gain an understanding of someone different from you and perhaps discover how they may actually be not so different after all.  Books available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please visit mcdl.info/LivingLibrary for more information.
