Do you sometimes have a hard time being “heard” at work?
Do you often feel like you’re not being understood or could deliver important information more clearly?

This workshop will explore the many factors of communication, the styles of communication, how to use them to your advantage, how to promote leadership through your own communication skills, and how to navigate important conversations like delegating effectively, interacting with teammates, or dealing with a difficult supervisor or coworker. You will become a communication pro, understand exactly how to best deliver your message to your audience, and get the most out of your interactions by utilizing Emotional Intelligence. Then take the skills you just learned and put them into practice with your fellow Medina County leaders. This workshop will help you:

Incorporate diversity and inclusion in your workplace
Strengthen your corporate culture
Gain a better understanding of each other and the diversity in our community by engaging with various diverse members of our community who will help debunk myths about their backgrounds by meeting in small groups with us.
