Pathways to Health
On Wellness Day, the Class of 2019, The Difference Makers, learned there are many pathways to health. In Medina County, there are many doors where help is available. From the Health Department and Free Clinic to our local hospitals to addiction resources, our community is working together to make sure everyone is receiving health care and support. Our community leaders can make a difference in our community wellness by helping connect people to resources, being a part of the conversation, serving on boards, and volunteering. We hope you will take a few minutes to review the resources below and find a way to be involved.

From the website: We meet regularly to help those struggling with addiction or mental health issues to encourage a healthier lifestyle! In 2015, a friend lost his son to heroin. About the same time, I started working with “troubled” youth in our small Ohio town. Both experiences brought me face-to-face with the devastation of addiction and mental health issues facing our communities, especially our youth. I had to act!
