Leadership Medina County’s LEAD Institute set to launch a New Group Leadership Training Program in 2025
Medina, OH – Leadership Medina County’s LEAD Institute is excited to announce the launch of a group leadership training program designed specifically for businesses looking to develop teams of leaders and aspiring leaders in their organizations. This customizable program will provide participants with tools, knowledge, and strategies to enhance their organization’s and team’s performance, foster collaboration, and drive positive change on today’s challenges.
The group leadership training option comes from a foundation of leadership as an activity that is learned in Leadership Medina County’s LEAD Institute. Programs can be built from the existing content in the LEAD Institute but will now also offer the flexibility to customize a program for businesses looking to develop multiple people. Programs can be built to offer a comprehensive curriculum that covers a wide range of topics, including, but not limited to:
- Team Dynamics: Understanding team roles, communication styles, and conflict resolution.
- Leadership Styles: Exploring different leadership approaches and adapting to and leading diverse team members.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Utilizing proven techniques to address today’s challenges and make informed choices.
- Innovation and Creativity: Fostering a culture of innovation and encouraging creative thinking through today’s types of challenges and energizing people to work through change.
- Individual and Group Coaching opportunities: Delivering leadership training by certified trainers and coaches.
“We are thrilled to introduce this already transformative leadership program under our LEAD Institute specifically to our businesses and community,” said Jennifer Bilek, Executive Director at Leadership Medina County. “By focusing on leadership training for groups of people in an organization, we are able to address challenges that are relevant to your organization and provide your teams and leaders with the tools to become more effective leaders in today’s world.”
Leadership Medina County programs historically only take one or two individuals per organization per year in their existing programs. The Group Leadership Training will offer flexible options to build a leadership training program that fits the specific needs of an organization and will allow businesses to train multiple employees within their organization on their timeline with content that can be customized and built from the existing LEAD Institute content.
