LMC Board Appoints Four Members
Leadership Medina County is proud to thank three retiring board members and announce the appointment of four accomplished alumni to our Board of Directors.
Joel Hlavaty retired after six years of service, two of which he served as President of the Board. Chief Ed Kinney and Kathy Warner both retired with three years of service each.

Jennifer Bilek, Rick Davidson, Julie Fetto, and Kelly Smith bring a wealth of experience and expertise to our organization, and we are excited to have them join us as we continue to develop and provide leadership development programs and services to the Medina County community.

Jennifer Bilek is a Business Systems Manager at Clampco, Kelly Smith is the VP Commercial Lender for Croghan Colonial Bank, and Julie Fetto is the Chief Nursing Officer at Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital. All three graduated from the Signature Class of 2020.
Rick Davidson is the President of Community Energy Advisors and graduated from the Signature Class of 2015.

The 2023-2024 Board of Director’s Officers were voted in at the May board meeting. President Karen Gaub, of Dairy Farmers of America, leads the board with her exceptional leadership skills. Rick Dumperth, Chatham Township Trustee, serves as Vice President. Josh Price of HHL Group, is serving as Treasurer and Ted Klimczak of Rea & Associates, Inc. will serve as Secretary. Together, they form a dynamic and well-rounded team that is poised to lead the organization to greater heights.
