Terri (Hradek) Greene, Class of 2012, has joined the Leadership Medina County team. She has been the Cuyahoga Community College, Brunswick University Center Director since 2010. A new job isn’t the only thing new for Hradek. In July she married Bill Greene and is now Terri Greene. She will begin working as the Community Impact Director on September 4, 2018.
The Director of Community Impact is responsible for developing, coordinating, directing, and tracking education events, alumni engagement, and marketing. Since its founding in 1991, with the purpose to connect leaders to advance community, Leadership Medina County has served over 1,000 graduates who remain involved in Medina County. It is nearly impossible to find a board or effort where Leadership Medina County graduates are not involved.
“I’m thrilled to join Leadership Medina County,” said Greene. “I have a passion and drive to serve the community and build our leaders for tomorrow.”
Greene graduated from Bowling Green University with a Major in Interpersonal and Public Communications and a Marketing Minor. She received her Master’s degree in Adult Learning and Education from Cleveland State University. Greene brings over 20 years of experience in working in education with both high school students and adult learners.
Greene has been an active member in Medina County, serving as a board member for Northern Medina County Chamber Alliance and Chamber Charities. She has also served on many committees within Medina County Economic Development Corporation and Leadership Medina County. She also received the 2016 Women of our Community ATHENA Leadership Award for Medina County.
“Terri brings a considerable amount of experience,” said Colleen Rice, Leadership Medina County Executive Director. “We’re excited to harness her talents to support educating, connecting, and involving leaders in Medina County.”
