Leading with Emotional Intelligence: What is your EQ and how can you use it to help you develop your leadership skills? Participants will be provided with the Emotional Intelligence 2.0 book with a code to access and complete their own personal EQ assessment.

Kathy Sullivan, a Certified Executive Coach specializing in leadership development and strategic decision making, will facilitate how to lead with Emotional Intelligence. Participants will: 1. Learn the definition of EI and the behaviors necessary for leadership effectiveness. 2. Discover important elements to building trust with others and identify actions to build/rebuild trust. 3. Identify a process to create and sustain behavior change in self and others.

Emotional Intelligence 2.0 delivers a step-by-step program for increasing your EQ via four, core EQ skills that enable you to achieve your fullest potential:

1) Self-Awareness
2) Self-Management
3) Social Awareness
4) Relationship Management

Participants will be provided with the Emotional Intelligence 2.0 book with a code to access and complete their own personal EQ assessment. A pre-work reading assignment and the assessment must be completed by November 4th . Participants will need to bring a printed copy of their assessment results to the workshop. Lunch will be provided in the cost of registration.
