Philpott Solutions Group of Brunswick has some pretty exciting things happening!
To begin with, Philpott is proud to announce the promotion of Beth Tresch to Inside Sales Manager. Beth has 29 years of service with Philpott and has held various positions during that time period. “She has spent the last 7 years as an Inside Sales Representative where she has been recognized as the “go to” person for questions and ideas regarding company business”, says Greg Stafford, Senior VP of Sales and Innovation. “Prior to her role as an Inside Sales Rep, she held various positions, including serving as a key member of the Steering Committee which lead the successful implementation of our new ERP system”, he continued. “Beth’s diverse work experience, within Philpott, gives her a well-rounded understanding of our business, products, and processes. Her strong leadership skills, customer focus, and can-do attitude help shape the Philpott culture and make her a perfect choice to lead our Inside Sales team”, says Jim Vaughn, President and CEO.
Michelle Kocevar transferring to Inside Sales is another exciting promotion. “Michelle was promoted to this role because of her dedicated and excellent service of 14 years with Philpott says President and CEO, Jim Vaughn. He continues, “She will be a wonderful addition to the inside sales team, and coming from our Supply and Logistics team, Michelle is extremely knowledgeable of our customers, culture, and processes. Her cheery and positive attitude will serve her well in this role”. Congratulations Michelle!!
Philpott also has some inspiring new hires we added to our team.
Emily Harber has accepted an Inside Sales position at Philpott’s Brunswick Global Headquarters. “Emily comes to us from the Moreno Motor group where she had achieved top sales within months of starting and continued while she was there” says Jim Vaughn, President and CEO. “She has a can do attitude, is a quick study, and is a wonderful addition to our team”, he continued.
Ron Burgess has been hired as Philpott’s Rubber Technical Manager. “Ron comes to us with over 25 years of involvement in operations, engineering, and management support, including 15 years of process engineering and product development experience in taking molded rubber products from concept to production,” says Ron Stayer, Director of Operations. “Ron Burgess fills out one of two technical roles we have to fully complement our newly built manufacturing facility in Aurora, designed to re-shore jobs from China,” says Jim Vaughn, President and CEO. “He comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and practical experience surrounding molded rubber design, processes, and product development, and he will be an excellent addition to the skilled and dedicated team in Aurora.”
Additionally, Philpott is pleased to welcome back John White. John has been hired as Philpott’s Injection Molding and Cast Technical Manager. John has been on board as a consultant helping us work through some key projects and his prior tenure at Philpott provides him excellent knowledge of our machinery, products, and customers. John is able to hit the ground running and will play a key role in advancing our many key plastic and cast projects to closure.
Lastly, Philpott Energy is pleased that Ron Seaman transitioned from temporary employee to permanent staff.
