Leadership Medina County was founded by Ben Hallock. The Charter Class graduated in 1992.

We educate people of all ages through an examination of local issues guided by key players and decision makers involved in those issues.  We also devote time to learn about and improve personal  leadership skills. Our program includes class days and educational events dedicated to community topics and issues.

We connect by fostering relationships among classmates in the program and then reaching beyond the class to the larger pool alumni and graduates, active leaders in the community.

We involve not only through a class projects, but by becoming involved in the county using that education and those relationships to follow your vision, and become involved in something for the greater good of our communities.
